TIMBERGLEN CSA

Established in 1983 as a Non-Profit Corporation, TCSA was the first townhome development built in the valley that now contains four developments of townhomes.

This Association was formed to provide for the maintenance, care, improvement and preservation of certain properties owned, leased, or otherwise under the control of the Association, intended for the common enjoyment of the property owners and residents.

Each of these developments have their own HOA.
